CANCELLATION BY YOU

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking please telephone the agent you booked with, or if you booked direct with us telephone 01437 763710 48 hours before your booking starts. No refund will be given after 48 hours or if you need to cancel your booking during your stay

Changes by you 

if you want to cancel a booking but want to change a date YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND  if the new date is cancelled 

INSURANCE 

you are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance to cover yourself against covid and other medical condition  or deaths in the family to cover your loss of your booking fee.
